الاخوة والأخوات أعضاء منتديات بانى ستارز

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته... و بعد :

لقد أنشأنا هذا المنتدى إيماناً بأهمية الحوار والنقاش في جميع المجالات

ولذلك تم تقسيم المنتدى إلى عدة منتديات لتلبي معظم الرغبات وتناسب جميع الأفكار والأعمار

الموقع يحترم حريّة الرأي في طرح ومناقشة المواضيع المختلفة طالما التزمت بالتهذيب وبعيداً عن الإسفاف أو إهانة زميل في الموقع وتجريحه.

وفيما يلي القواعد والإجراءات المعمول بها في منتديات بانى ستار بالإضافة إلى القوانين العامة الموجودة في ملف التسجيل فأننا نأمل منكم الالتزام بها وذلك للمصلحة العامة :

أولا : المشاركات :

2- أن تكون المواضيع المدرجة ذات قيمه واصالة ورقي في الطرح والأسلوب والحوار، وبعيدة عن الإسفاف والشتائم والقذف والجدل اللا موضوعي.
3- عدم تكرار المواضيع أو طرحها في أكثر من قسم من منتديات بانى ستار , ويجب على العضو القيام بعملية (البحث) للتأكد من أن الموضوع لم يتم إدراجه من قبل خاصة إذا كان الموضوع منقول .
5- على العضو التأكد من نوعية المشاركة فلكل منتدى مواضيعه الخاصة به، وغير ذلك سيتم نقلها إلى مكانها الصحيح دون الرجوع إلى كاتب المشاركة وإذا تكرر من العضو وضع المواضيع في غير محلها فيحق لإدارة المنتدى اتخاذ اللازم حياله .
6- يتوجب على العضو الاهتمام بمتابعة الردود على موضوعه أول بأول وعدم تجاهلها.
7- يجب ان يكون الحوار في المواضيع جادا وهدف المحاورة هو الإضافة والإستفادة ,
8- من خلال النقد أو التعقيب على المواضيع يراعى عدم الإساءة لصاحب الموضوع او المتحاورين فيه ولكن يجب أن يكون النقد و التعقيب على مضمون الموضوع او ما صاحبه من ردود مع الإلتزام بأدب الحوار

ثانياً - موجبات حذف مشاركة العضو والإنذار :

المشاركات التي تتعرض لأي شخص بالإهانة أو الإيذاء أو التشهير أو كتابة ما يتعارض مع القوانين المتعارف عليها رسمياً .
1- المشاركات المسيئة بمجملها للآداب العامة وعرض الصور المثيرة للغرائز بطريقة غير مباشرة .
2- المشاركات التي تتضمن غزلاً مباشراً بأحد الأعضاء .
3 - عدم وضع تواقيع تحتوي كلمات او اشعار غزلية منافية للأدب والأخلاق .
4- المشاركات التي تحتوي تعليم التجسس والاختراق أو نقل وصلات لمواقع تقوم بالتعليم عليها .
5- المشاركات التي تتضمن نشر الإشاعات المغرضة أو التحريض على الأنظمة الحاكمة أو الدعوة لتجمعات سياسية مما يؤثر على توجهات الموقع .
6-المشاركات التي تشتمل اساءة للأدب والأخلاق العامة .
7- الوصلات التي توصل بشكل غير مباشر إلى مواقع غير مقبولة شرعاً أو عرفاً او وضع و بروكسيات لمواقع مشفرة .
8-المشاركات والوصلات لمشاكل مرحّلة من مواقع أخرى.
9- الإعلان في صفحات المنتدى أو في توقيع العضو عن مواقع أو منتديات أخرى سواء كان بوضع رابط أو كتابة ذلك علناً.
10- كتابة مشاركات تتضمن اعتراضات على الإجراءات الإدارية ، فلا يمكن قبول أي اعتراضات تتخطى بريد الرسائل الخاص بالموقع . وستحذف حال كتابتها .
12 - الصوتيات التي تتضمن موسيقى او غزلا او كلاما مخلا بالأداب
13 - عدم طرح أي شكوى ضد مشرف أو عضو علناً، ولتقديم شكوى أو ملاحظة يجب مراسلة إدارة المنتديات على العنوان الرسمي .
14 - عدم كتابة مواضيع تختص بالوداع او ترك المنتدى وعلى من يرغب في ذلك مخاطبة الإدارة وابداء الأسباب

كما أن المشرف ليس ملزماً بتقديم أي تبريرات للعضو عند القيام بتحرير مشاركته أو حذفها أو نقلها للمكان المناسب لها، ولا يحق للعضو الاعتراض بشكل علني، بل عليه مراسلة المشرف على القسم أو المشرف العام للاستيضاح منه عن مسوغات الإجراء ، أو اللجوء لإدارة الموقع بمراسلتها عبر البريد الرسمي ولن تقبل أي اعتراضات خارج تلك القناة

هذه القوانين وضعت لراحتكم ولصالح المنتدى نرجو الالتزام بها والتعاون معنا للرقي بالمنتدى لأعلى المستويات .
