التقى عضو اللجنة المركزية لحركة فتح نبيل شعث بالقياديين في حركة حماس خليل الحية وأيمن طه بأحد فنادق غزة، في وقت كشف فيه رجل الأعمال الفلسطيني منيب المصري أن توقيع المصالحة بات قريبا "إذا صدقت النوايا كلها وعمل الجميع سويا بنية صادقة".
