تظاهر نحو ستة آلاف ياباني وسط العاصمة طوكيو احتجاجاً على وجود قاعدة للبحرية الأميركية في جزيرة أوكيناوا مطالبين بنقل هذه القاعدة خارج اليابان بشكل كامل وليس إلى منطقة أخرى أقل كثافة سكانية كما ينص اتفاق سابق موقع بين أميركا واليابان.
