استبعد الجنرال الصومالي علي حاشي برالي حسم طرف مسلح في المعارك الدائرة في بلاده لصالحه، وأكد أن جميع القوى المسلحة الحكومية والمعارضة تتلقى الدعم العسكري والمادي من قوى غير صومالية.
