عادت مشكلة انقطاع الكهرباء لتضاعف معاناة أهالي قطاع غزة المحاصرين وتزيد من معاناتهم ومصاعب الحياة عليهم، ونتجت المشكلة عن توقف الاتحاد الأوروبي عن تمويل ضخ السولار الصناعي لمحطة توليد الكهرباء الوحيدة بغزة.
