اتهم نائب وزير الداخلية الروسي أركادي يديليف جورجبا بأنها تحتضن مقاتلين إسلاميين يجري تدريبهم لشن هجمات في الشيشان ومناطق مجاورة. ولم يتهم المسؤول مباشرة الحكومة الجورجية بالتورط ولم يوضح جنسية المدربين.
