تقدمت تركيا خطوة بطيئة نحو انضمامها إلى الاتحاد الأوروبي، في حين تتسارع العملية في منطقة البلقان مع كرواتيا وحتى صربيا التي ستقدم الثلاثاء طلب ترشيح رمزي.
