اختارت جماعة الإخوان المسلمين بمصر مكتب إرشاد جديد من 16 عضوا هيمن عليه تيار المحافظين. وقد أسفرت نتائج الانتخابات عن خروج كل من محمد حبيب النائب الأول للمرشد، والقيادي الإصلاحي عبد المنعم أبو الفتوح.
