عقدت أكثر من مائة شخصية فلسطينية مستقلة تضم علماء دين مسلمين وآخرين مسيحيين ورجال أعمال وإصلاح وأكاديميين وكتابا وصحفيين وشخصيات من القطاع الخاص اجتماعًا نوعيًّا يعتبر الأكبر على مستوى فلسطين في غزة لترتيب أوضاعها والخروج في سياق منظم للعلن.
