يعتقد راشد الغنوشي أن مسألة حظر المآذن بسويسرا محنة يراد لها أن تفضي إلى محرقة, لكنه يرى أنها يمكن أن تتحول إلى منحة تؤصّل الوجود الإسلامي إذا تمت معالجة الأسباب بجدّ, داعيا مسلمي الغرب إلى مغادرة مواقع التشرذم والعزلة والاندماج في مجتمعاتهم.
