أعلن وزير الخارجية الياباني كاتسويا أوكادا اليوم الثلاثاء تعليق المحادثات بين بلاده والولايات المتحدة بشأن إعادة تموضع القاعدة العسكرية الأميركية فوتينما في جزيرة أوكيناوا اليابانية، ولم يحدد موعد جديد لاستئنافها.
