يناقش وزراء الاتحاد الأوروبي اليوم ملفات ثلاث دول تأمل بالانضمال إلى الكتلة الأوروبية وهي تركيا ومقدونيا وصربيا، وتواجه كل واحدة من هذه الدول عائقاً يمنع استكمال ملفها، فتركيا تواجه إشكالاً مع قبرص، ومقدونيا مع اليونان، وصربيا في قضية ملاحقة مجرمي حرب البوسنة.
