قالت وزيرة الخارجية الأميركية هيلاري كلينتون إن من المهم القبض على زعيم تنظيم القاعدة أسامة بن لادن وقادة التنظيم الآخرين أو قتلهم، في وقت تعهد المستشار الأميركي لشؤون الأمن القومي الجنرال جيمس جونز ببذل جهود جديدة لتحقيق هذا الهدف.
