وصف المختص في الشؤون الدولية بصحيفة ذي إندبندنت خطاب أوباما بأنه مفعم بالمقامرات، قائلا إن مشاهدة أوباما وهو يلقي أهم خطاب في رئاسته يوم الثلاثاء بمعسكر ويست بوينت تجربة محبطة.
