حاول ممثل إسرائيل بمؤتمر الأمن والتعاون بأوروبا في العاصمة اليونانية أثينا التحريض على أنظمة التعليم العربية مدعيا أنها تحث على التطرف والكراهية، وقد عقد المؤتمر الـ17 للمنظمة وسط احتجاجات من قبل مناهضي الحرب والعولمة اليونانيين والأجانب.
