قال رئيس المفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات بالعراق فرج الحيدري إن إمكانية إجراء الانتخابات في يناير/كانون الثاني المقبل قد تلاشت, وسط توقعات بنقض طارق الهاشمي نائب الرئيس قانون الانتخابات مجددا. ودعا الرئيس جلال الطالباني نائبه لإقرار القانون.
