شدد وزير الخارجية الألماني غيدو فيسترفيلّه على أن لبلاده مسؤولية خاصة تجاه إسرائيل، وذلك في مستهل زيارة لتل أبيب تعقبها زيارة للأراضي الفلسطينية ولقاء مسؤولين في السلطة الوطنية.
