اتخذت إدارة الرئيس الأميركي باراك أوباما خطوة باتجاه المحكمة الجنائية الدولية بقرارها المشاركة في اجتماع قادم لها. ويبدو أن هذا بداية لتعامل واشنطن مع هذه المحكمة بعدما رفض الرئيس السابق جورج بوش الاعتراف بها.
