بعد مخاض تشكّلت الحكومة اللبنانية، وانتهت التباينات والتشنجات، وباتت الآراء بتشكيلها وظروفها متشابهة إلى حد بعيد رغم خلافات سابقة كانت حدتها تعبيرا عن تعذر الحل.
