حذر وزير الخارجية الإيراني منوشهر متكي الدول المجاورة لليمن من التدخل في شؤونه الداخلية، في إشارة إلى السعودية دون ذكرها بالاسم، وقد أعلنت دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي وقوفها إلى جانب السعودية ضد ما سمته العدوان الذي تتعرض له أراضيها من قبل الحوثيين.
