دعت الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية إيران للرد سريعا على اقتراحها الخاص بتخصيب وقودها النووي في الخارج، كما وجهت موسكو ولندن دعوة مماثلة لطهران، في حين حذرت باريس من أساليب المماطلة الإيرانية، وقالت إن ذلك لا يمكن التسامح معه.
