اعتبرت وزارة التجارة الصينية أن التعافي التدريجي للاقتصاد العالمي سيساعد صادرات البلاد على النمو مجددا. غير أنها حذرت من أن العديد من الشكوك إزاء تعافي الاقتصاد العالمي لا تزال قائمة، ونبهت إلى أن أي انتعاش اقتصادي سوف يكون "صعبا ومعقدا".
