قال معارضون تونسيون إنهم لا يستبعدون قيام الرئيس زين العابدين بن علي بإدخال تعديلات على الدستور تسمح لتمديد فترة حكمه. وكان بن علي فاز بولاية خامسة من خمس سنوات تنتهي عام 2014.
