فتح الاتفاق الليبي التركي لتوريد مياه نهر مانغفات التركي إلى الجماهيرية ملف أزمة المياه في ليبيا، ليعصف بالمبالغات التي أحاطت بمشروع النهر العظيم الذي أطلق عليه "الأعجوبة الثامنة".
