منح برلمان إقليم كردستان العراق الثقة لحكومة برهم صالح بأغلبية 70 صوتا من مجموع 110 أصوات. وكانت كتلتا التغيير والاتحاد الإسلامي الكردستاني قاطعتا جلسة التصويت, بينما صوتت الجماعة الإسلامية بالإقليم ضد التشكيلة الجديدة.
