قدم الدبلوماسي الأميركي ماثيو هوه (36 عاما) استقالته ليكون أول مسؤول رسمي أميركي يستقيل احتجاجا على الحرب الأميركية على أفغانستان المندلعة منذ ثمانية أعوام، وفقا لما ذكرته صحيفة واشنطن بوست الأميركية الثلاثاء.
