طالب محقق الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان مارتن شينين بالإفراج عن كافة معتقلي غوانتانامو أو نقلهم إلى المحاكم الفدرالية الأميركية للمحاكمة بحلول المهلة التي حددها الرئيس الأميركي باراك أوباما وتنتهي يوم 22 يناير/كانون الثاني المقبل.
