قالت منظمة العفو الدولية التي تعنى بحقوق الإنسان في تقرير نشر اليوم الثلاثاء إن القيود الإسرائيلية تمنع الفلسطينيين من الحصول على مياه كافية في الضفة الغربية المحتلة وقطاع غزة.
