أعلنت روسيا موافقتها على مسودة اتفاق أعدتها الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية تقضي بتخصيب اليورانيوم الإيراني بالخارج، في حين ينتظر أن تعلن طهران وكل من باريس وواشنطن رسميا اليوم موقفما النهائي من المسودة.
