اتهمت لويز كايسي مستشارة الجريمة بالحكومة البريطانية غوردون براون بتثبيط الشعب بسبب السلوك غير الاجتماعي، وانتقدت التقصير في ردع الشباب العدواني من تنغيص حياة الناس وأنه ما لم تسيطر الشرطة والمجالس البلدية على الموقف فسوف تنتقل المشكلة من جيل إلى آخر.
