تكشف وزيرة الخارجية الأميركية هيلاري كلينتون غدا الاثنين عن ملامح السياسة الأميركية الجديدة تجاه السودان, حيث ينتظر أن تعلن عن علاقات أوثق مع الخرطوم. وذكرت رويترز نقلا عن مسؤول أميركي أن التغيير المرتقب يتضمن رؤية تتعلق بمزيج من الحوافز والضغوط.
