فرضت دول غرب أفريقيا حظر سلاح على غينيا بسبب أحداث ملعب كوناكري التي قتل فيها العشرات وهي أحداث تستعد الأمم المتحدة للتحقيق فيها. ويواجه قائد الانقلاب النقيب كامارا مهلة أفريقية ليتعهد بعدم الترشح لانتخابات تجرى بعد أشهر.
