أعلنت واشنطن أن تبني تقرير غولدستون بشأن الحرب على غزة لا يعني بالضرورة أنه سيحول إلى مجلس الأمن الدولي. وبينما لقي التصديق على التقرير ترحيبا فلسطينيا واسعا، شرعت إسرائيل بحملة مكثفة لمنع إحالته إلى مجلس الأمن.
