نفى بولنت أرينج نائب رئيس الوزراء التركي أن يكون لعرض مسلسل "انفصال" الذي يصور جنودا إسرائيليين يقتلون أطفالا فلسطينيين، أي أجندة سياسية. بالمقابل عبر رئيس الحكومة الإسرائيلية عن خيبة أمله لبث المسلسل التركي.
