بينما بدأت الأمم المتحدة تدرس تقرير رتشارد غولدستون بشأن الحرب على غزة، انهمكت إسرائيل في مناقشة الخطوة اللاحقة للتصدي لأي تداعيات قد تنتج عنه من قبيل توجيه تهم جرائم حرب لبعض سياسييها وجنودها.
