تبنت لجنة بمجلس النواب الأميركي الخميس مشروع قرار يفرض قيودا جديدة على سوق المشتقات المالية التي تقدر قيمتها بعدة تريليونات من الدولارات. ويعد تبني المشروع أول نصر تحققه إدارة الرئيس أوباما على طريق الإصلاح المالي عبر تشديد الرقابة منعا لأزمات مالية جديدة.
