قضت المحكمة الابتدائية في الرباط بالسجن عاما واحدا بحق مدير تحرير صحيفة المشعل الأسبوعية إدريس شحتان. كما حكمت بالسجن ثلاثة أشهر على الصحفيين مصطفى حيران ورشيد محاميد العاملين بنفس الصحيفة بتهمة بث معلومات زائفة بشأن صحة الملك محمد السادس.
