قال وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرغي لافروف بعد محادثات مع وزيرة الخارجية الأميركية هيلاري كلينتون إن البلدين حققا تقدما في اتفاق جديد لخفض الأسلحة النووية. ورفض لافروف فرض عقوبات جديدة على إيران, وشددت كلينتون على ضرورة منعها من حيازة نووي غير سلمي.
