يزور مسؤول حكومي بكوريا الشمالية الولايات المتحدة للمشاركة بندوة في وقت لاحق هذا الشهر. من ناحية ثانية قال زعيما كوريا الجنوبية واليابان اليوم إنه يجب ألا تقدم أي مساعدة لكوريا الشمالية ما لم تقم بخطوة محددة لنزع صواريخها وسلاحها النووي.
