انتقد رئيس المكتب السياسي لحركة المقاومة الإسلامية (حماس) خالد مشعل بشدة مطالبة السلطة الفلسطينية بتأجيل التصويت على تقرير القاضي ريتشارد غولدستون ووصفه بأنه "عار وعيب"، في حين شدد على أن برنامج المقاومة هو الوحيد القادر على استعادة الحقوق.
