أعلنت وزارة الخارجية الأميركية أن المنشآت الدبلوماسية الأميركية في جنوب أفريقيا سيعاد فتحها غدا الجمعة بعد إغلاقها بسبب ما وصفته بتهديدات "إرهابية".
