تشهد محافظة صعدة شمال اليمن محاولات من منظمات إنسانية لإغاثة العالقين أو النازحين من مناطق القتال الدائر بين الجيش وجماعة الحوثيين. ودعت منظمات إنسانية محلية ودولية طرفي النزاع إلى تأمين طرق للوصول إلى المحاصرين.
