لقي 38 شخصا مصرعهم في حريق شب في مستشفى متخصص في علاج مدمني المخدرات في مدينة تالديكورجان جنوب شرق كزاخستان صباح اليوم. ووفقا لمصادر حكومية فإن الموظفين أجلوا وأنقذوا 40 شخصا آخرين، دون أن يتضح لغاية الآن سبب الحريق.
