أعلن الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي عزمه المطالبة أمام الأمم المتحدة بمنح أفريقيا مقعدا دائما في مجلس الأمن الدولي وتعويضها ماليا عن حقبة العبودية والاستعمار الأجنبي التي تعرضت لها.
