عقد اتفاق حجز محل بين شركة عقارية وشركة للعطور اتفقا بموجبه على ان تستأجر شركة العطور محل فى المول الجديد الذى سوف تبنيه شركة العقارات وتم دفع ربع مبلغ الايجار السنوى الا انه مر سنتين ولم يتم بناء المول وقطعة الارض كما هى

اريد من سيادتكم التوضيح هل ارفع دعوى ايجارية ام مدنية ام عقارية وجزاكم الله كل الخير
