مصدر في وزارة خارجية فنزويلا يعلن أن السفير الفنزويلي في الولايات المتحدة سيعود إلى واشنطن لاستئناف مهام عمله بعد أن كان قد طرد العام الماضي في خضم أزمة دبلوماسية بين البلدين.
