الجيش الأمريكي في أفغانستان يقول إن الضربات الجوية التي نفذتها قاذفة أمريكية في أفغانستان الشهر الماضي لم تلتزم بالقواعد الصارمة المطبقة وأضاف أن نحو 26 مدنيا أفغانيا ماتوا خلال القصف الذي حدث يوم 4 مايو/أيار الماضي في غربي أفغانستان.
