وزير الدفاع الأمريكي روبرت جيتس يقول إن "الولايات المتحدة لن تقبل" بوجود كوريا شمالية مسلحة نوويا، وحذَّر من اندلاع سباق تسلح نووي بين دول القارة الآسيوية.
