الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس يقول ان رفض اسرائيل وقف بناء المستوطنات في الضفة الغربية سيشكل احد النقاط الاساسية التي سيناقشها في رحلته المقبلة في واشنطن اواخر الاسبوع الحالي
