الطريقة:

تحمير الجمبري الكبير والمتوسط.
تحمير الكلماري والسبيط.
تحمير القواقع وبلح البحر مع إضافة الليمون والمرقة، ثم تغطيته وتركه على النار حتى ينضج.
رص جميع المقادير السابقة في حلة كبيرة.
إضافة الأرز في المنتصف.
إضافة المرقة مع المرقة والفلفل الأحمر والطماطم الزعفران.
تغطية الحلة وتركها على النار حتى تنضج المحتويات
